Store Policies

We value our community and want to make sure your experience with Gunsai Racing is straightforward and transparent. Below is a summary of our policies. The full versions are linked at the bottom of this page and at checkout.

Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee on approved returns.
  • Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 10 days of approval.
  • Items must be in brand-new, uninstalled condition with original packaging and all components.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 2 business days.

Items that cannot be returned

The following are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Coilovers and coilover suspension kits
  • Electronics, including ECUs, standalone engine management, gauges, sensors, wiring harnesses and dataloggers
  • Engine internals, including pistons, rods, crankshafts, camshafts, valvetrain and bearings
  • Turbochargers, superchargers and forced induction kits
  • Special order and made-to-order items, identified as such on the product page
  • Clearance items
  • Any item that has been installed or used

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging.
  • We cover return shipping and will either replace the item or issue a full refund, at your choice.
  • Keep all packaging. Carriers require it for damage claims.

Exchanges

  • Contact us directly to arrange an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to a second shipping charge, unless the mistake was on our end.
  • If Gunsai Racing made the error, we provide a prepaid return label.

Cancellations

  • Orders that have not yet shipped can usually be cancelled at no charge.
  • Items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and become a return under the terms above.
  • Special order and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once placed.

Warranty

  • Warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer. Gunsai Racing does not process warranty claims, but we are happy to point you to the right process.
  • Many items are intended for race or off-road use only and should be installed by a professional.
  • Altered or modified products are not eligible for return or warranty support.
  • By law, your vehicle's warranty cannot be voided simply for having aftermarket parts. However, the specific part replaced by an aftermarket product may no longer be covered.
