We value our community and want to make sure your experience with Gunsai Racing is straightforward and transparent. Please review our policies below before placing your order.


Returns

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover processing and restocking.
  • If you choose store credit, the restocking fee may be waived—reach out for details.
  • Electronics must be unopened, sealed, and have intact tamper seals to qualify.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 30 days of contacting us.
  • Items must be in brand-new condition with original packaging.
  • Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • Special order items are final sale and not eligible for return, cancellation, or refund.
  • Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days.

Exchanges

  • Contact us directly to arrange an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to a second shipping charge, unless the mistake was on our end.
  • If Gunsai Racing made the error, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for a smooth exchange.

Cancellations

  • Non-custom, non-special order items can be canceled if they haven’t shipped and aren’t marked non-cancelable/non-refundable.
  • Items that have already shipped cannot be canceled or modified.
  • To request a cancellation, simply reach out to our team—we’ll process it quickly.

Warranty

  • Warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer. Gunsai Racing does not process warranty claims.
  • Some items are intended for race use only and should be installed by a professional.
  • Altered or modified products are not eligible for return or warranty support.
  • Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the mistake was ours.
  • By law, your vehicle’s warranty cannot be voided just for having aftermarket parts. However, the specific part replaced by an aftermarket product may no longer be covered.
