When will my order ship / any delays I should know about?

Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we ship worldwide. Contact us for a quote with your address for accurate shipping and duty costs.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping applies only to certain promotions and U.S. regions. Extra charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders.

What happens if my package is damaged during shipping?

Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can assist you in filing a claim or sending a replacement.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and PayPal.

We also accept Buy Now Pay Later payment plans with Affirm, Shop Pay or PayPal Pay Later.

Do you offer price matching?

Yes — we’ll price match any legitimate listing. The price must be from an authorized dealer, the item must be in stock, and the listing must be current. We cannot match outdated or incorrect prices based on old MSRP, since those are often errors the competitor cannot actually honor.

To request a price match, fill out the Request Price Match Form via the link on the product page of the item you're interested in. Once verified, we’ll match or beat the price.

How can I check my order status?


Use the Order Tracking page on our site with your order number and email. We’ll also send updates if anything changes.

Can I cancel my order?

What’s your return and exchange policy?

Yes! Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless you take store credit. Exchanges are possible, with additional shipping unless the error was ours. See our Store Policies page for full details.

Miscellaneous

Do your products come with a warranty?

Warranty coverage comes directly from the manufacturer. Gunsai Racing does not process warranty claims. Some third-party warranty options may be available. Read more here.

Are your parts street legal?

Some products are race-use only and may not be legal in all regions. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to confirm compliance. Ask us if you’re unsure.
