Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $150 are charged at checkout based on weight and destination. Oversized items may carry an additional handling charge, which is shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and handling

Most in-stock orders are processed the same or next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

In-stock items

In-stock items ship from our distribution partner's warehouse and typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

Special order and made-to-order items

These items are manufactured or sourced after your order is placed. Lead times vary by manufacturer and are shown on the product page. Special order and made-to-order items are not returnable. See our Return and Refund Policy.

Backordered items

If an item goes on backorder after you order, we will contact you with an estimated date and the option to wait, substitute, or cancel for a full refund.

Multiple shipments

Orders containing items from more than one warehouse may arrive in separate shipments at no extra cost to you.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Damaged or lost shipments

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, and keep all packaging, as carriers require it for a claim. We will handle the carrier claim and make it right.

Incorrect addresses

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Packages returned or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur reshipping charges.
